Welcome to the South Carolina Landowners Association! We are an organization dedicated to protecting private property rights
in the State of South Carolina. Our purpose is to monitor and provide legal analysis of  legislation that affects property rights. In other words, our primary goal is to 
ensure that landowners in the State of South Carolina are fairly represented and protected should they find themselves facing issues involving:  

The mission of the South Carolina Landowners Association is to protect and promote PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS for the Citizens of South Carolina by educating owners of property that the inherent right to use their property as they see fit is both GOD Given and supported by the Constitution of he United States. We accomplish our mission by confronting those who would restrict PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS through laws and regulations that are unduly restrictive and/or confiscatory and insisting that consideration of PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS be given equal weight in deliberations regarding public benefit including environmental protection. We also encourage members of political organizations to declare their character, integrity and courage when voting to uphold America's foundation of freedom with a simple six word phrase that is "1 strongly support private property rights."

Our organization utilizes legislation and the combined experience of successful property owners, business entrepreneurs and grassroots organizations in order to leverage and often times influence public officials and active environmentalists should issues involving the development, sale or procurement of private property arise.

SC Landowners Association / Saveourlandrights.org serves as a resource for public officials who are searching for literature or information to clarify the potential benefits and consequences of state legislation and local ordinances on private property owners. Our agency attempts to provide a wealth of unbiased information based on case studies and court decisions regarding private property land owners’ rights. The SC Landowners Association influences policy change(s) by educating members to engage fellow citizens and encourage political representatives to act in defense of our individual freedom(s) as landowners in the state of South Carolina.
